Kent Pond in Killington, Vermont is a very scenic place to kayak and/or fish. This one hundred acre pond is located on Route 100 North just past the junction of Routes 100 & 4. Part of the Appalachian Trail hugs the shoreline and it is located across the road from Gifford Woods State Park.
This pond is a smaller body of water thus the water is much warmer to swim in than most of Vermont's lakes.
