Best BBQ in Waco! Famous for their "Gut Pak" which is chopped sausage, Brisket, Beans, Fritos, and cheese with a side of bread. It might sound crazy at first, but this is what has made this place so famous and a local favorite for over 50 years! From a Wacoan, this is by far my favorite go to for BBQ and I ALWAYS order the Gut Pak!
