There are many great activities in Red Deer for any age.
We are very active and can help you find lots of fun things to do in Red Deer and area!!
This has LOTS to do for the entire family. A huge play park, a large body of water where paddle boats and canoes can be rented. Great for biking and walking on bike paths around the lake and along the river. Also has a place to buy hamburgers and hot dogs and ice cream etc.

This is the cheaper theatre with movies cost I think $5.00 and the popcorn is good. Usually movies that have been out for a while. It is about 8 minutes from our acreage.

City/town information
This is the nicest lake about 30 minutes from our acreage. It can be very busy, but they have blocked off traffic on the main blocks close to the beach to make it safer to walk around, especially with young children. LOTS to do for the entire family with lots of restaurants.

Aspen beach at Gull lake has a big free boat launch. The area has a huge playground. The sand is not great, more like dark sand and mud, but then water is very shallow for young children. There is a place to buy hamburgers and ice-cream. About 30 minutes from our acreage
