Accessible by car only before 0900 and after 1600. If not you have to park about a mile further down the mountain. You can cycle up to it all day though and I recommend trying it. Stunning views.

Not actually bears dancing but a rescue centre for dancing bears. Fantastic operation that should be supported if you can.

Mit Kindern reisen
Ski child care
Ulen have a creche opposite the top gondola station. You can pay in advance or on the day. They take kids up to 7 years old from 0900 - 1600. They give them lunch and take them out for a basic ski lesson (ulen provide equipment). I recall it is 60leva per child, per day as of 2019.

An absolute must is the old town in Bansko. Loads of lovely restaurants and a really nice chilled vibe.

Driving to the top Gondola Station
If you have a car you can skip the gondola queues and drive straight to the top gondola station and park next to the site for about 6 leva.
