This park is enormous! It'll take you 2-3 hours to walk the seawall. Third Beach is a great spot to swim and enjoy the view of the north shore.

Vancouver's answer to Venice Beach! Lots of bros on this beach. Paddle boards and kayaks are rented from here in the summer months. This is also a beautiful spot for a sunset walk. The Boathouse Restaurant is a fantastic seafood restaurant, which overlooks Kits Beach.

This is a free version of the Capilano Suspension Bridge. A nice hike in the rainforest, and a gorgeous green river. Look for cliff jumpers at the 30 Foot Pool.

Vancouver's very excellent clothing-optional beach! It's tough to get to but infinitely worth it. **Be prepared for 420 stairs through the forest down to the beach, and the same amount back up at the end of the day.** There's an anarchist economy thriving down there, you really only need to arrive with a credit card and sunscreen.

This is a good place to go on a rainy day. It's full of gorgeous plants and tropical birds. Outside of the conservatory there are gorgeous gardens all throughout Queen Elizabeth Park. A lovely walk.

This is the closest grocery store. It's a very nice walk if you take Spruce Street, but a very loud and boring walk if you take Oak Street! Sunshine market is open 10:30am - 11pm.

My favourite Vancouver coffee shop. Contemporary architecture meets a high-end coffee experience - the building is a damn flower. There's another worthwhile location in Gastown but the building is just a building.

Veggie food but fancier. Ideal brunch spot. Be warned: this is a gathering spot for rich white people. Despite the eerie lack of diversity the food is excellent and it's just a 20 minute walk from here.

You'll only know how to find this place by locating the red light above an unmarked, graffiti-covered doorway. Zero tourists! It's dark and sexy down there. Full of Tinder dates, lol. Great place for a Negroni.
