Hydrate, hydrate. Hydrate! People forget that we are in the high desert with very low humidity.

Due to the extremely low humidity and the high elevations people, especially visitors that come from coastal areas, are very susceptible to elevation sickness. If you visit and begin to feel a headache, DRINK WATER! Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and bring a light sweater or jacket.
