Beaches in the St Augustine Area
Not only is St Augustine steeped in rich history but it is also home to some wonderful beaches.
The closest beach is at Anastasia State Park. It is 3.3 miles from the Kings Ferry House. The admission fee is $8/ vehicle.

Vilano Beach is just north of St Augustine. It is 5.3 miles from the Kings Ferry House. There is no driving allowed on the beach. A small parking lot is available. Vilano Beach is a small strip of sand with many broken shells and the occasional nice shell and/or shark teeth findings.
