Very close in Tory Street is a fabulous speciality food shop called Moore Wilson. They also have beautiful fresh fish. Well worth a visit.

Sightseeing
It is an easy walk from Aro Street, down Willis Street and into Lambton Quay to the cable car. Take a ride up to the top, and then walk back down to the city through the Botanical Gardens which are beautiful.
