I was blown away by the gardens. It is far beyond a garden- The artwork displayed with the plants is incredible. I wish I had planned more time. Also, the history of the buildings and the museum are amazing. Plan on seeing all of the historical buildings and learn about David Shaw and his great gift to St. Louis. It is like a fairy tale. All of the wonderful volunteers will help guide you and answer your questions. Be ready to explore!

4344 Shaw BlvdI was blown away by the gardens. It is far beyond a garden- The artwork displayed with the plants is incredible. I wish I had planned more time. Drinks & Nightlife
Walk in, go upstairs, and wait to be sat down.
Dimly lit, "nice restaurant" mixed with a casual (you will feel/see this in all of Bailey's restaurants) kind of set-up.
My girlfriend and I got The Blondie with Vanilla Ice Cream. It was a good size for two people, even by my big appetite level it filled me up just splitting the gorgeous thing. The top the vanilla ice cream scoop with white chocolate too.
I got an espresso,while she stuck with water. Either or, you gotta chug to get the sweetness out somehow. It was a good treat.
Good place for date night, maybe not as much for a group of friends.

We stopped in here with some local friends for dinner and drinks, the spinach artichoke dip with the goat cheese is absolutely to die for!!! The alfredo was delicious, I just wish the portion was a little bigger!!
The men both got beer flights and seemed to enjoy the different beers, my friend and I had cocktails with the house made vodka, they were delicious!
Our server was a little short with us and that's the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars. She brought us the wrong drinks and seemed cranky when we asked for the correct ones. Overall, we would definitely stop back - even if just to grab some of that amazing spin dip!!

Square One Brewery & Distillery
1727 Park AveWe stopped in here with some local friends for dinner and drinks, the spinach artichoke dip with the goat cheese is absolutely to die for!!! The alfredo was delicious, I just wish the portion was a little bigger!!

The Gateway Arch Museum has been recently renovated and well worth some time spent there. It’s interactive for youth and covers why and how St. Louis was the early gateway to the west. Visit it before or after your tram ride, but do not spend extra money on the film that shows the construction. Although it contains some interesting shots, most is not....zzzz. The museum is free, without the ride to the top, but why miss the spectacular view?

Visit it before or after your tram ride, but do not spend extra money on the film that shows the construction. Although it contains some interesting shots, most is not....zzzz. The museum is free, without the ride to the top, but why miss the spectacular view?
Essentials
Save a lot is not the kind of store to which you bring a shopping list. You go into save a lot and buy the best of what they have.
They always seem to have a few excellent deals on slightly less than perfect produce, they always have cheap and fairly high quality fresh meats (same quality as the local grocery chain), and always have a fair selection of dairy based items. Unfortunately, the majority of the store contains unhealthy pre-packaged stuff, which seems unfair, because they clearly cater to people like me who are short on cash, and we deserve healthy food just like everyone else... But I shall not get on that soap box for the time being.

8919 Natural Bridge RdGreat gym and great equipment! This is a very diverse gym so you will see a lot of fitness freaks and then your average joe, so a broad spectrum of customers.
They do offer tanning, personal training, babysitting while you workout.
It can be over crowded here on certain days and time which is a huge turnoff cause I just want to get in and order it without having to wait forever fever to use a bench.
Wouldn't go anywhere else in stl to workout!

My only gripe about this place is why they will not allow me to keep the bottle when I buy water? They have to pour it into a cup with no lid so that it can spill. Why don't they allow us to bring in our own water bottles? Busch Stadium and even the Fox allow you to bring in unopened water bottles.
