If you love Coconut soup, I recommend #43! It's so good, you won't be able to stop eating it. Their Pad Thai -the vegetable version is amazing. This place is busy but definitely worth the wait.

I'm do not drink myself but know that this place is very local! It is always busy, year round. They have GREAT food! One of my favorite local places to go for salmon.

Parks & Nature
I love going to Flattop because of the View! It is so beautiful up there even in the rain. You can just drive to the parking lot and enjoy a glorious view of all of Anchorage and surrounding areas or you can hike and enjoy the great outdoors.

This place is AMAZING! You most likely not have a chance to see all of Alaska so this place provides a way to see what the rest of Alaska is like. Presentations on all the different native people who live and have lived in this great state. There are dance presentations, art, demonstrations of many kinds. I recommend this to everyone. Plan on 3-4 hours for sure.

If you need vitamins, hair supplies, snacks, kosher food, housewares, Alaska gifts etc.-they have it. You will love shopping there
