This place is around 20 minutes drive from home, and the whole drive there is just beautiful, I love to bring my siblings there in the weekends. There is a brilliant beach, hiking/biking trails with sheep to see, really nice playgrounds. You could see the iconic Rangitoto island and Sky Tower from here.

This local beach is a 5 minute drive and has great sunsets, a nice place to chill. While you're there, check out Howick Village with its vintage, artistic shops and cafes.
