With its british music, played by a DJ only from old vinyls, it will take you directly back in the seventies. With vintage music playing in the background, you will enjoy creative cocktails, as well as terrific burgers.
10minutes from the flat by taking the bus 88 (just after the Vaugirard metro station) and going down at Froideveau Gassendi stop.

A mythic cocktail bar, nothing less than the place where the Bloody Mary was invented ! Not the cheapest, but the cocktails prepared by professional mixologists are just amazing. Go down the stairs to the basement, in a typical piano bar, and let yourself be enchanted by jazz musicians performing here every evening.

I particularly recommend you all the "mezzes", which are offering an incredible range of libanese specialties, as well as the chicken, which remains one of the most tender I have ever tasted.

Although the place does not look like much, pizzas are absolutely terrific ! From all the pizzeria you will find in the neighborhood, I definitely recommand this one, without any doubt the best possible value for money. My advise ? Take your pizzas away (the room for eating in is really not of the most pleasant, and enjoy them in a parc nearby or in the flat.

A beautiful parc to visit on a sunny day, where you can admire the Temple de la Sibylle, perched at the top of a cliff fifty metres above the waters of the artificial lake.
