This place is a few miles away but worth the trip for the best sandwich in town- I recommend the grilled turkey, bacon, avocado. It is making my mouth water just typing it out.

This is one of my favorite spots, and a nice opportunity to check out old town Fair Oaks and have a picnic in the part. They are a natural food vegan/vegetarian restaurant- the Nut Burger is to die for!

This is walking distance to the house and you will want to go for a walk after eating the Chicago stuffed deep dish pizza. I work in Chicago often and I am more of a fan of this pie than what they are serving up out there in the midwest.
