Huge, beautiful park with many attractions, including the New Orleans Museum of Art, The Besthoff Sculpture Garden (highly recommended), a botanical garden, and a bike path that goes up to the lake.

This is a tiny museum, run out of a house, with a very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended as an introduction to New Orleans second-line and Mardi Gras Indian culture.
