My fav pub in Oulu (downstairs, with a good coffee shop upstairs). Has good beers on rotation, local and foreign.
The baristas will be very happy to make you non-alcoholic cocktails ("mocktails") and talk about the beers.

A great place to see the sea from. Or walk on the sea in winter.
Kiikelin uimaranta
A small beach inside a park. Very nice place to admire the bay.
Ainolan puisto is one of the nicest parks in Oulu with good views and nice quiet trails.
