A favourite spot for our family - we always pick the cafe, not the restaurant. Same quality food, lower price and more relaxed. A window seat allows you to take in the view of both North and South Heads (the entrance to Sydney's natural harbour).

The elevated cliffs at North Head provides for great views over Sydney's natural harbour, Port Jackson, towards the city skyline. A must if you are on the Northern Beaches.

A must! Only a half hour walk from the car park at Palm Beach, this old lighthouse offers you spectacular views over the Pittwater entrance, Lion Island and back towards the Northern Beaches peninsula. There is a lighthouse museum and if you get there early enough you can often get to go up to the lantern at the very top- breathtaking.
