Vergelegen is one of my favourite places on earth. This wine farm is spectacular - the views are magnificent and the grounds are so spacious the kids love running around, plus it has the most stunning gardens for us to enjoy. Not to mention the delicious wine and food at their restaurants - one is kiddie friendly with a state of the art play area and the other restaurant is more a la carte style. The bonus part is it's literally 7 minutes drive away... a must-see!

Another must-visit wine farm, very close to our house. So, the choices here are many... the Millhouse restaurant is really divine - also has a lovely kiddies play area - and the market they have there on a Sat and Sun is also stunning; delish food and wine and a rustic & relaxed vibe...
