Great views of Kelowna and nice network of trails for hiking or biking. I usually pop on my mountain bike for a quiet fun 1 hour ride to and from my house.

CIty park is nice to walk or run through. You can continue and run along the water all the way to Knox Mountain or in the other direction (up along Abbott) towards Pandosy Village.

Hike or bike along the old Kettle Trestles with your family or friends. You'll need a good car to drive up a dirt road to get to the trestles. I believe there's a company that rents bikes for this area.
