Great food, but a little slow if they're busy. If you've got some time, it's definitely worth the wait. Don't order take-out, though. Their timing is all off.

They have great baked goods and a few sandwiches and salads! You won't miss the gluten one bit. Great music, friendly staff, and a good vibe. A Loft House favorite.

A beautiful walk! It's more of a nature stroll than an intense hike, and you can walk to it from Loft House! It's about 3 miles to the overlook deck and back.

This is a real hike. Bring water and good footwear. It's steep, but the view is worth it. You should be able to do the whole thing in 3-4 hours depending how long you linger on top

There are some nice trails here, and a spacious park right on the Hudson. Rent a kayak or just skip stones by the water!

Best sledding for miles. Probably fun in summer too, I guess.
Nice easy flat walk by the river. Bring a dog! We often see ducks along the beach!
