Rob Roy Glacier Trail Head and Car Park
Wanaka Mount Aspiring RoadSuper beautiful walk through native bush and up to the base of Rob Roy Glacier. Very picturesque and highly recommended. Its a moderate walk, about 3 hours return, with an hours travel distance each way, from the chalet
Climb the mountain you can see from the chalet! This hike takes you to the top of Roys peak, about two and a half hours up and two hours down. Expect a big day with magnificent view at the top. Best to go when its not sunny, it can be a very hot walk. And take an extra layer for the top, its always colder than you think.
Roys Peak Track
