Absolutely amazing, family-run Italian restaurant that uses local ingredients. A little pricier than other spots, but for a special occasion or a nice treat, highly recommend! Apparently they do an awesome brunch as well. Typically only open on weekends and by reservation, check their page to see their hours and call in your reservation. We’ve also gotten a spot at the bar last minute and it’s perfect. This is outside of town so again, maybe best on your way out or in.

Pizza and beer, what more could you need! A rustic setting, very cozy, and always buzzing! Located outside of Glacier, it is a great place to rendezvous with friends on your way into town.

Not really on the way, but worth the detour! Amazing pastries and other baked goods in Bow-Edison. Don’t miss out on fresh blueberries from the nearby farms in the summer! Or the local cheese from Skagit Valley Cheese

On your way home don’t miss the farm! They have a walk-in cooler filled with veggies throughout the summer, but you’ll be able to find things there year-round. Homemade soaps, lotions, dried flowers, etc. We love to stop and support! They take cash and e-payments, but of course cash is preferred.
