The forest side (west of the highway) features a 7.3 km multi-use loop, suitable for hiking, trail running, mountain biking and even horseback riding. The east side of Seal Bay Nature Park will take you right down to the ocean shore, where you can walk for miles.

Great breakfast spot with an outdoor patio during the summer. My favourite is the Atlas, a salmon lox bennie, but all breakfast/brunch options are great. Lunch and Dinner here are always a solid choice as well.
