Lemon Tree is a favorite! All attire is fine. It is a casual atmosphere and you can walk from the condo right down the beach or sidewalk if you want some exercise. Have unique menu items from breakfast - Chicken Piccata, crab cakes, etc. Reasonably priced. Located near shoppes that line the street! Enjoy

We enjoy going here to split the best Grouper Ruben anywhere. We order with sweet potato fries and a special dip. Delicious and is walkable if you want to walk the beach or side walk from the condo.

The only recommendation for taco's and mexican style food on the Island and probably all of Vero Beach! Also has amazing guacamole and chips, Ice Cream and the best Orange Slush with ice cream!!!

If you want to eat right on the beach you will enjoy Mulligans Beach House. You can eat inside or outside under the palm trees and right on the beach!

Craving is a unique ice cream and snacks and food shoppee. They have every flavor of ice cream and special punch card discounts. Sandwiches, homemade cookies, brownies, etc. Worth a visit for sure and also walkable.

Vero Beach is amazing and easy to get around.
On one side you are facing the OCEAN! Behind you on the other side of the Island is the inter-coastal waterway. We bought here because it is like no other place. No huge crowds .... no traffic jams, so peaceful and quaint. Very close trip over the beautiful bridge that takes you over to Vero. The restaurants I have listed are all on the Island and walkable or you can drive. There are many many more in Vero Beach. Wanted to give you some Island favorites!

Most people come to enjoy the beach the pool and the AMAZING VIEWS!!! I listed some great places to eat on the Island that are dress casual or however you want. There are more upscale places to go as well. Just wanted to say many come to relax and you can do that without packing a ton of clothes if you don't want to.😊 We provide beach towel, chairs for the beach, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys etc, in our storage area. It is located in the 1st floor laundry room and is closet #112. The key is hanging on the key rack on your right when you come in the door.

The Saturday Farmer's Market is Great
Every Saturday there is a Farmers Market at 2901 Ocean Dr.. It is right on the Island . Lots of good products home grown and organic!

Turtle Walks
We have owned there over 3 years and we tried to get registered for a Turtle Walk. Could never get it done so we went after midnight a couple nights in a row this June and 2 out of 3 nights we found a huge momma turtle laying her eggs. Read about it! It is amazing and happens on the beach right there!! I will try to add a photo or video if this allows. We left a couple red light Laser flashlights in the console drawer for use of our guests to "Turtle Hunt". I believe there are extra batteries as well. Good luck on your hunt!
