You can join a motorized tour group of the island or explore on your own. If you walk, the pace will be brisk but has easy terrain. If you can walk do it. First, hike to the lighthouse for some great photoshoots. You can't go into it but makes a great selfie.

You can see a shipwreck off the southern coast of the island
Look for the wreck of the Francisco Morazan from the high bluffs of the south coast. It is a good place for lunch.
