Sightseeing
Devil's Monument is a short 5 minute drive to the parking lot. Then about a 10 to 15 minute hike to view the Monument. Walk to your left and climb down the steel staircase to enjoy a small waterfall coming out of the rocks. You can walk right down to the shore. Many swim there in the summer and enjoy stacking rocks. It is best to wear hiking boots or good running shoes. Walk to your right and enjoy fantastic views of Georgian Bay.

During the off season or shoulder season enjoy the area with less crowds. It is a 33 km drive to the entrance from our cottage. You should see it when the water is frozen.
This is a great place to swim in the summer on the Lake Huron side. It has a sandy beach and usually isn't too crowded. There is lots of parking spaces. It is 23 km from our cottage.
