But you can also take an elevator ride to the top. It's free! You can also visit the bar, or dine as your view slowly changes as the restaurant rotates.

But don't leave before you check out the local artwork hanging in the restored historical building. I don't know who the DJ will be when you go, but I can tell you they will be good.
