this is our local bar. has a great vegan menu ( try the bbq brussel bowl) and a stiff mason jar drink called the "bye and bye". This place has a great heated patio in back, and sunny outdoor seating out front.

This is one of the largest urban parks in North America. Located atop the West Hills of Portland this park has hundreds of miles of running and walking/ hiking paths. At the south end of the park is also Washington Park that has the International Rose Test Garden (free), the Hoyt Arboretum (free) and the Japanese Gardens (for a fee). Enjoy!
