OK, not exactly a stand alone brewery, but it has amazing food and great rotating taps. The people are great, the atmosphere is warm and the downtown location is convenient.

I know these guys! I remember when Todd cleared out his "man-cave to try his hand at brewing. Since then, Monkless has won numerous national and international gold and silver medals for his brews. It's only been a few years but Monkless Belgian Ales is now a microbrewery that is laser-focused on one style of beer - Belgian Ales. The tasting room is located inside what was 10 Barrel Brewing's starting place before they went BIG. It's cozy with food trucks to provide tasty options. It is DEFINITELY worth the drive off-Bend's downtown grid to discover Todd's amazing brew options - flight tasting is cool! They also have events with music and more that always get a huge turnout. My favorite!
