We are going to meet by the Forestarìa farm on the northen hills of Lucca. We will start the cooking class with a glass of local wine :-) In the kitchen of our farmhouse, we will cook together authentic&traditional tuscan recepies. Later, you will enjoy the dinner in our garden with a beautiful sunset! Other things to note Our cooking class is an experience that combines traditional&authentic recepies, organic vegetables&fruits from our garden and lot of smiles&laughs...under the magical tuscan sun!

This experience will offer you the opportunity to approach the “sacred stone” that  accompanies our work and our lives, shape the Marble by involving all 5 senses: observe the matter, recognize its facets, follow its evolution and enjoy its final transformation, caress it, let it talk to you and guide you in the process, smell its aromas of sun and rain moss. Moisten your lips at the end of the day: you will discover that it will taste new. We'll find us at the meeting point, a place really close to the lab, we'll reach togheter the workshop's area where you'll meet the master sculptor Marco. After the introduction by the master sculptor, who will accompany each participant in the activity, we will proceed to a brief but complete sculpture experience: you will try to work a piece of marble with manual and pneumatic tools. we will have breaks during class hours where you can drink coffee, water or tea, use the toilets, take pictures. Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! After the lesson we will take you back to the meeting point. Other things to note If it rains, the experience will be canceled. Please remember that we are on the mountain, the ground is rocky. We have kitchen and toilet. Dangerous behaviors will not be tolerated

For first we will go for a short walk toghether to let ours guests admire the landscape and understand a little bit more about our area. than, In the panoramic room offering sweeping views of the surrounding area, we organise tastings of our wines and our olive oil. This experience allows you to taste the products, but also to discover the history and tradition of our local wines and olive oil, through an in-depth explanation of the region, as well as the various phases of production. During the tasting, we will try to help you understand how we work and share the history of our farm. Other things to note: Stay healty is in this moment the most important thing, be sure that we will do our best to sanify all area , please communicate intolerances and vegetarian people when the reservation is made we do prepare all food appositly for your group. We don't provide any kind of transport. To reach the farm the best option is by car, taxi or driver. For the bravest it's possible by bike.

We will discover Lucca through the five senses, by walking along the main attractions of the town: the ring walls, the Cathedral, the Amphitheatre square and many other places, but we will also stroll through hidden corners and less touristy medieval alleys. In this way we will let people enjoy both, the must-see and the unknown side of town. Our adventure will be experienced through the sense of sight, by admiring the outstanding architecture, the gorgeous nature and the energetic lifestyle of Lucca and through the sense of sound, by getting to know the interesting history of the town, the elegant art and the deep tradition of music with its important musicians who were born here. Our walk will continue by using the other three senses of taste, smell and touch: we are going to stop in a few local shops savouring our food specialties and traditional gastronomy. We will start with a sweet introduction during our breakfast moment and we will end with a savoury antipasto served with a local glass of wine just before lunch time. Salute! Cheers! Together we will spend some hours at Tananei farmhouse, our paradise on hills surrounded by olive trees, in the most genuine Tuscany. We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. You will have the chance to admire a beautiful landscape, where you can see all the beautiful nature Tananei farmhouse is surrounded by. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). At the end you will enjoy an unforgettable DINNER (together with red wine of the area) where Tuscan specialties will be flavored with different kind of EVO Oils , so that you can start learning how to combine EVO oils with food. The dinner will be served alfresco, among the olive trees or in front of our crackling fireplace depending on season. Although the course is managed by professional of the EVO Oil sector, it will be a funny experience in an informal setting. At the same time it will be a UNIQUE experience because we are among the few to be EVO Oil producers + official EVO tasters + restaurateurs!

Follow me to a place where time stopped, re-discover a remote world, full of poetry and history, where you will admire Renaissance villas hidden in the hills around Lucca, and you will discover medieval churches and places that have remained unchanged for centuries. You will walk among olive groves from which you can enjoy a unique view over the whole valley of Lucca. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. A 25 kms bike ride including a wine tasting in a local farm, discovering the Piana di Lucca and the rural areas that surround it, rich in olive groves and vineyards, where some of the best olive oils and wines of Tuscany are produced. Starting from the city center, you will find yourself immersed in the quiet of Lucca’s countryside in the blink of an eye, riding up to the foot of the most evocative hills of the area, where you will visit a local farm that will offer a generous wine tasting and a snack based on typical products of Lucca. The ride will take place along secondary roads, mainly flat and away from traffic on our e-bikes

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. We will spend the first part of the tour in the Carrara mountains, taking a few stops in front of different marble quarries, where you’ll learn everything about the history and methods of the excavation processes and understand how the experts transform a rock into a beautiful artwork or piece of furniture, later we will visit the nearby Colonnata, home of the quarry men for over 2000 years, where you'll have the chance to taste the unique lardo, a special type of cold cut aged in a marble basin.

Usually is impossible to drive there, but thanks to our professional license, I can drive you as close as we can to the main attractions of the tour... but always be prepare to walk because it is a very wild place! It will be like watching the view from the eyes of a local. Prepare your smartphone to the best picturesque view of your vacation! The coloured houses and the clear blue sea are just stunning in Cinque Terre. One of the most important moment in a tour in Tuscany must be a good meal: you can eat something quick or let us organize you a special lunch tasting some local specialties, like mussels or pasta with pesto sauce :) Are you ready?

Scopri la Versilia in bicicletta con il nostro tour guidato partendo dal Pontile di Forte dei Marmi. Durante il percorso di circa 20 km, pedalerai lungo la pista ciclabile ammirando le bellezze naturali e culturali della zona. Inizieremo la nostra avventura visitando la storica villa Versiliana, dimora del famoso poeta Gabriele D'Annunzio, ei suoi magnifici giardini. Proseguiremo poi nella fresca pineta fino a raggiungere il centro storico di Pietrasanta, famoso per le sue gallerie d'arte e le sculture di artisti internazionali. Faremo una sosta nella bellissima Piazza Duomo per un aperitivo al Caffè del Teatro, gustando prelibati stuzzichini e un bicchiere di vino mentre ammiriamo la bellezza della piazza e della sua imponente cattedrale. Il ritorno verso Forte dei Marmi ci porterà lungo il lungomare di Marina di Pietrasanta, dove potremo ammirare la vista del mare e del paesaggio circostante. In alternativa, potremo optare per un aperitivo in spiaggia Alle Dune di Levante, godendoci un po' di relax sulla sabbia. Il nostro tour in ebike è adatto a tutti, anche a chi non è molto allenato, e il nostro esperto guida sarà felice di raccontarvi le curiosità storiche e culturali della zona.
