The trendy loft is located in the Ball Park District. It's a large space (1,000 sq. ft) with an open floor plan that is on the top floor of an AIA award winning building and features 18' ceilings with soaring windows. Guest will be staying in the heart the city, with close access to the light rail and Coors Field. Restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores are all right around the corner. This is the perfect place to get to know Denver and is also very well suited for business travelers.

The high ceiling and enormous windows create an airy space that is flooded with natural light. The decor is modern with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and and granite counter-tops.

Free High-speed Internet service is provided to the guest. Speed tests today say it ran approximately 268 Mbps download & 299 Mbps upload.

Enjoy the game on the 75" Sony HDR 4K Ultra HDTV Smart TV (with Blu-Ray player). Dish Network cable and Netflix are also provided. Additionally there is a 50" Sony 3D flat screen mounted in the bedroom for your viewing pleasure.

The kitchen has all the essentials including a full-sized stainless refrigerator with an ice maker, a 5-burner high-end stove, a double-oven, a super-quiet dishwasher, a new Kurig coffee maker and all the cooking essentials.

The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 or you can easily eat at the bar top off of the kitchen.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a new mattress. There is also a large sectional couch in the living area that can easily sleep two.

The bathroom is super spacious and there is lots of closet space. Linens and towels are provided along with, iron and ironing board and little extras that make it feel like home. There is also a full sized front-loader washer and dryer.

The office area has a desk and storage cabinets with a 32” monitor with a wireless keyboard and mouse that you can hook your laptop up to.

The private balcony has ample and comfortable seating. It provides amazing views of the downtown Denver Skyline and front row seats to the fireworks over Coors Field on the 4th of July!

Guest have pretty much everything they need for a comfortable stay. When you are here, this place is setup to be your home away from home, so please make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay.

This is a very secure and safe building. Property Management will meet you upon your arrival and check you in to the unit and will also familiarize you with the building.

Street parking is free.

**Pro Tip** Parking tends to open up from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. When you get a spot I suggest leaving your car parked and use one of the many other modes of transportation to get around.

We want you to have a great time here during your stay. That being said, this unit is in a common ownership interest condominium. By making this reservation you expressly agree to abide by and be held to the condominium covenants, rules, and regulations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM (weekdays) & 12 PM-8 AM (weekends). The condo allows for up to 4 people, however the unit is not meant to be used for parties. We make it a priority to keep the loft in exceptional condition and we ask that cleanliness be top of mind as you and your group enjoy the space. We only ask that you are clean, courteous, and treat the space as if it were your own.

Two of the electrical outlets have upgraded to include USB ports one is in the bedroom and the other is in the living area off of the kitchen.

Location, location, location! This is by far the most active and up and coming area of Denver. The loft is situated in Union Station North and is a great hub to access everything downtown Denver has to offer.

Union Station and the Light Rail are just down the street, about a 10 minute walk (0.7 mi) and provides direct access to the Denver International Airport. Union Station is a beaux arts-style transport hub that has amazing places to eat and drink, plus summer events that include concerts and a weekly farmers' market.

Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies, is right around the corner and is also about a 10 minute walk (0.5 mi). Pepsi Center is the home of the Denver Nuggets basketball and Colorado Avalanche hockey teams and is 1.2 miles away. Broncos Stadium at Mile High is home to the Denver Broncos and is 2.2 miles away.

There are two major grocery store within a short walk. The King Soopers is 0.4 miles away and the Whole Foods is just a block down from there.

There are three restaurants at the end of the street (0.2 mi) and Skye Liquor Store is on the other side of the block. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is a whisky bar serving American Cuisine, Pizza Pedal'r has good pizza with a great happy hour and Tokio serves some of the best Ramen and Sushi in the city. These are just the restaurants that are on our block. Downtown host some of the Mile High city's best dining and hottest nightlife. You will be just blocks away from it all.

There are multiple city parks and trails in the area with walking bridges and a greenbelt that provide scenic views of the city and the river. These include: Cuernavaca Park, Commons Park, Confluence Park, the Platte River Trail and Cherry Creek Trail.

Take advantage of the free 16th Street bus and explore all 16th Street Mall has to offer.

Nearby attractions include: Elitch Gardens an amusement and water park (formerly Six Flags), Denver Aquarium, The Convention Center and The Museum of Contemporary Art, just to name a few.
