140m2 appartement is on the two highest levels connected via internal stairs. And your private 100m2 terrace on the rooftop.
A modern, spacious and bright apartment with all comfort you could wish for.
Very large master bedroom with Steambath and guestroom and 2 separate bathrooms. Modern Bulthaup kitchen, living and dining room.

Music on all floors with Sonos and Spotify Premium, Highspeed Fibre Internet 1 Gigabit and Netflix provide ample entertainment and possibilty to work.

The top floor consists of a additional space with a guest sofabed and the very large rooftop patio, lounge and dining space and outdoor whirlpool. The plants create a unique oasis and there is a unique view over the city of Zurich. Separate storage room with additional fridge and barbecue.

Zurich-West – From Industrial Quarter to Trendy District
The district in the west of Zurich is full of contrasts, boasting an unpolished charm. Where ships were once built and engines bolted together, art, design, food, culture shopping and architecture are now the center of attention. Factories have moved away, leaving their vast expanses of space that creative minds have taken advantage of. The coolest place to live, work, dine, go clubbing in Zurich. This was a former industrial areas that has developed in a hybrid living working cultural space

Beneath the railway arches, design boutiques and market halls have moved in at what's know as "Im Viadukt" – and on the Gerolds-Areal you find Frau Gerolds Garten (Mrs. Gerold's Garden), a city garden and catering establishment. Besides the Freitag Flagship Store, diverse second hand furniture stores are also on the spot. On the other side of the Hardbrücke (bridge) the 126m Prime Tower reigns – boasting number-one place as Switzerland's highest building until the opening of the Roche Towers in Basel.

Dreamer students and artists, bankers and lawyers - they all do not really know who currently has the say in this part of Zurich. No one doubts, however, the fact that you are moving here in a trendy district, the most important focal point of urban diversity in all of Switzerland. Zuri-West, as the locals call it, is a radical break out of order and cozy homeliness, which the Swiss had needed just once a counterpart to the usual conglomeration of elegant Bahnhofstrasse, old-fashioned low-village and cultivated park scenery at the lake.

In the early evening people flock from their offices, workshops and stores, and many of them meet in Mrs. Gerold's Garden, an eccentric outdoor pub from stacks of containers, in fact, sprouting herbs on beds, in addition to also run railroad tracks on which the minute the trains and S-Bahn trains pass through the Central Station. The Prime Tower, Zurich's highest office buildings with the most expensive rents in the city.

On the Josefwiese, an idyllic city park, the evening falls the shadow of the incinerator, the blows as one of the last industrial relics in the district filtered, ecologically correct water vapor in the sky.

A newly opened design hotel 25 hours operates an Israeli restaurant, where the Saxon waitress recommends Lebanese red wine in midst of the colorful lobby. The Hotel Rivington is not a hotel but a bar whose entire interior has been brought from a wrecked hotel in New York.

Another milestone is the Prime Tower, which opened in December 2011 - with 126 meters height rather a baby skyscraper but still dominates the cityscape in Zurich West. The Clouds restaurant with bar and bistro on the top floor has since been by far the best views in Zurich: the entire city and Lake Zurich heads to the Alps in the background.

The bistro Les Halles is one of the pioneers in the district, that persist and to her own surprise, have more success than ever. Without concept created at the beginning just a snack for the truck driver who delivered their charge to a trading center for vegetables, the restaurant has with its quirky touches and the connected health food store now achieved cult status.

The most compelling projects in Zurich-West blend the traditional industrial culture in the finest and most original with a new use. In the former Löwenbräu brewery an art gallery, the Migros Museum and a number of galleries have settled in the mighty rooms, which are spread over the four floors and combines an outstanding center for contemporary art.

With the opening of the Schiffbau in 2000, in turn, the municipality of Zurich has set a decisive index. On the grounds of Maschinenfabrik Escher-Wyss, once the largest industrial complex of Switzerland was the shipyard, which had earlier produced ships for Swiss rivers and lakes, to a branch of the playhouse.

Under the viaduct arches (on top still thundering trains), people consume delicacies of the very best: goat and buffalo cheese, oysters and asparagus, Champagne and Chardonnay in the "market hall".

The fifty-two adjoining viaduct arches rented an urban foundation at moderate prices to cultural institutions and operators with exceptional business ideas. As an "alternative Bahnhofstrasse" is meant here, because there are not always the same stores, but local fashion labels.
