Dalla zona giorno si accede ad una ampia terrazza attrezzata con divani, sedute e tavolo per mangiare all'aperto o sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino. Posto al 6 ed ultimo piano di un condominio dotato di ascensore.

Little loft purchased and renovated in March 2020 consisting of a very bright room with induction kitchenette, a new double bed with 30 cm memory mattress and an elegant marble bathroom complete with shower, bidet and window. From the living area leads to a large terrace equipped with sofas, chairs and a table for outdoor dining or sipping a glass of wine. Located on the 6th and last floor of a building with a lift.
