Hawaii is open! You can now visit without quarantine with proof of a negative NAAT test done within 72 hours of your departure. Each person in your party age 5 or older must be tested and the test must be given by one of Hawaii's approved laboratories located throughout the United States. TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations with a check-in from now through March 31st, 2021 you will receive a full refund if you need to cancel your reservation due to Pandemic related travel restrictions. We know flexibility is important for traveling these days, so we’re happy to help!

We value our guest's health & safety, which is why we have revised our protocols:
- 24-hour holds in between each reservation for enhanced cleaning and sanitization
- Condos are professionally treated with an EPA approved antimicrobial electrostatic spray which continues to kill viruses and germs up to 90-days on all surfaces and is completely non-toxic and undetectable
- Laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site

The Waikiki Shore is the only beachfront condo hotel in all of Waikiki! This 1 bedroom condo is on the 10th floor and gives a full aerial ocean, mountain and park view from the large lanai and living room that stretches out to the West side of Oahu. Unlike most buildings the Waikiki Shore is next to a park instead of another building. This means you have unobstructed views of the ocean and the tranquil beauty of Fort DeRussy park right below you. The park has multiple BBQs, beach side picnic tables, volleyball, & more!

Waikiki Shore is truly a Beach Front Property. The sand goes right up to the steps! Right there on the beach you can rent surfboards, kayaks, ocean tricycles, stand-up paddle boards, catamaran rides, surf lessons, and even take your picture with the parrots! Everything you need to make your stay memorable is right here in one convenient location!

NOTE: NO POOL and NO PARKING. This condo has a 4 person maximum occupancy which is strictly enforced by the building association. Free Long Distance Phone to US and Canada.

If you are staying at the Waikiki Shore and are renting a car, you can use the Hale Koa Saratoga parking lot, which is on the other side of the street directly across from the Fort De Russy Army Museum. Parking rates are posted, but if you are planning on using the parking for an extended stay then a monthly parking pass may be purchased in person at the Hale Koa Parking Garage office located at 2055 Kalia Rd. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 10 am – 6 pm and Fri- Sun 9 am – 5 pm. For questions please contact them directly at Currently, they offer hourly rates at the gate not to exceed $72 for a 24 hour period or the monthly pass which will cost about $170 and is unlimited access for up 30 days. We encourage our guests staying over 3 nights to get a monthly pass as the daily breakdown works out cheaper than other options. Or if that lot is full, you can also park at the King Kalakaua Plaza they have hourly and daily rates starting at $7 for 2 hours or 24 hours for $24.00. The parking garage entrance is on Kalaimoku Street. **Rates are subject to change without notice, Ali'i Beach Rentals is not affiliated with the outside parking companies.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.
