Central air conditioning, heating and air sanitizing. Separate laundry house with washer and dryer. Outside shower, barbecue. Parking in driveway.

Beachtown Quiet Garden CottageThe Cottage is a small house in the garden of our home with a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double and sitting room with double futon. City of Ventura STVR (2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
