Historic city park with lots of mature trees, outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, public art, amphitheater, and special events. The Stage at Island Park, a community theatre, and a YMCA are next to the park. Walk east on 5th Avenue and you will come to the park. Downtown begins at the north end of the park.
