Family-owned SF mainstay (Plaza Cafe Downtown on the Plaza since 1947, but is not near as good), this is a newer site; mix of New Mexican and other food with breakfast served all day; our favorites are fish & chips, fish tacos, nachos, burger and prickly pear lemonade; might be a wait on weekend mornings for breakfast
