Ireland’s premier scientific institution for botany. An oasis of calm and beauty and entry is free. Open every day. Famous for the exquisitely restored historic glasshouses. Fabulous walks and cafe.
Deep history, great place to hang out, botanical marvels and incredible amount of cheeky squirrels. A beautiful place that is close and I visit at least once a week. Not a place just for tourists but a place that local people love.
Beautiful place to get lost in with a vast array of plant life, both native and exotic. Cafe offers good dining options also.
