The lake is beautiful with a walking trail as well as a restaurant and hotel. Lake Balanan is a freshwater lake found deep in the mountains of Barangay Sandulot in Siaton , a municipality in the southern portion of Negros Oriental province. The lake is bounded by mountain ranges and fed by three streams, the Lamarao Creek in the northeast, the Balanan creek in the middle and the Nasig-id in the northwestern end.

Famous Balanan Lake, with scenic view of nature, and well managed resort. a whole day activity; theres swimming pools and waterfalls.

Beautiful mountain lake. It is a nice adventure ride up there. I especially love the natural swimming pool up there!
