Best grocery in Bocas with all the great, high-end, and often organic food products and veggies. Just like a small, health food grocer back in the US and Europe. Not the cheapest, but highest quality.

Super Gourmet Grocery Store – (507) 7579-357 They have very nice items. The cater to north American and European tastes. They have a deli section with prepared foods.

This is a small store where you can pick up some quality products, meat (we do not recommend buying meat in the traditional grocery stores). Here’s you find some nice things including some fine coffee beans from the Panamanian coffee growing region, Boquete. This is also the place for sandwiches if you’re interested in packing a picnic for an outing. You can also grab some nice prepared food for the fridge. On Tuesday after 10 am this is the place to pick up some organic produce.

Super Gourmet is a staple for shopping in Bocas. Get your vegan non GMO products here, fresh organic greens and veggies as well as imported speciality items not available anywhere else. Great place to pick up the best local chocolates (Bocas is a huge cacao destination) as well as locally produced coconut oil products.

This store specializes in imported specialty (food) items, organics, local products and produce, kosher items, etc. You can refill your water bottles here for $.25 per 1/2 gallon. There is a deli here as well.
