Agios Neophytos Monastery is a lovely tranquil place to visit, set in the hills of Tala and just 5 minutes away. Here you can soak up a little history, visit the restaurant or the fantastic shop selling traditional Cypriot natural food products.
Although this monastery is located in the mountains, you can reach it in just 15 minutes driving. Beautiful views, positive energy and very interesting history of the monk and the monastery are truly impressive.
One of the most important monasteries in Cyprus. Dont miss the Engleistra - an enclosure carved out of the mountain by the hermit Neophytos.
