Richard (owner and pastry chef) was a corporate pastry chef for many years. He married a Panamanian woman and moved here several years ago, much to the delight of locals. He's open for breakfast and lunch most days and offers several fresh baked breads, pies, cakes, donuts, cookies...you name it. And his breakfast and lunch menus are wonderful. Indoor or outdoor seating. A great way to meet up with new friends and find out more about living in Boquete.
