One of many idyllic small bading towns along the cost right north for Barcelona. Go by train from Sants station. Ocata is aprox 30 min and has a beautiful beach, but is only one of many options along the cost.

At the Costa del Maresme still inside the town El Masnou in the north outside of Barcelona you will find the beach of Ocala. Very nice and MUCH more calm and wider beach then Barcelona's beaches. Train from stations Sants, Placa Catalunya, Arc de Triomf and Clot (Renfe Rodalies R1 direction Blanes) – train station ‘Ocata’.

if you feel like a private beach, cleaner nicer, and all most no one. this is the beach.

A very good beach near Barcelona. Departure in Plaza Catalunya and 25 min train. It's Ocata, the Masnou train station. Good beach bar-restaurant to drink and eat something call "Bamboo".
