Great public golf course for the price. Rates vary but you can usually play 18-holes with a golf cart for around $30

this is a lovely golf park with beautiful views, a small informal restaurant and a bar. It isn't expensive to golf (or eat). My husband spends a lot of time there! Reservations for golf advised.

"Soule Park G.C. is an award winning 18-hole golf facility located in the beautiful Ojai Valley. The 6,806 yard, par 72 course is owned by the county of Ventura. The course is defined by its mountain vistas, huge specimen Oak trees and creeks."
