Watch the salmon climb the ladder. Watch the boats go from fresh water out to the sound. It’s amazing and one of the oldest parts of Seattle.

Great visit for a first-time visitors. During certain times of the year, you can see salmons migrating via artificial fish ladder.

Visit during Summer and on weekends. It’s free. The locks will have boats line up and water level will go down and up like an elevator for boats.

Amazing to watch the ships pass through the locks. An amazing Fish ladder and beautiful grounds. Free outdoor concerts in the summer.
