This hotel has a nice little pool with an awesome view of the Kigali skyline. Also a gym, hair salon, spa, and about 4 restaurants.

It's very common to meet friends in the various Hotels with great views and swimming pools. Mille Collines or The Manor Hotel have cheap entry fees for the swimming pool compared to the luxury they offer. There is also an air conditioned Gym you can use for about 7$ a day.
