This is the best bookstore in the city. There you can find a lot of books in English. My recommendation would be to read Aleksandar Hemon. Personally, my favorite book he wrote is the Book of my lives.

Buybooks is the most iconic bookstore in Sarajevo. There you can buy books in local languages, but also in English, as well as a curated selection of souvenirs. Beside that - you can saty at the Buybook café for a coffee, tea or a glass of wine, and enjoy your time just by reading or listening to good music.
