The food isn't bad, but the drinks are great. Wonderful lounge and bar area on the water, in the Four Seasons hotel.

A "see and be seen" upscale bar and restaurant. I can't get enough of the popcorn.

Not cheap, but worth it for that special occasion. Amazing food, perfect service, beautiful atmosphere, and spectacular views. Michael Mina's chic New American venue at the Four Seasons features a huge bar & Inner Harbor views. The jazz brunch on Sundays is not to be missed!
