If you are around Sanepa/Jhamsikhel area, go to Café Soma for breakfast or lunch. Good burgers and sandwiches, soups, salads, Panini, fresh juice, original teas, homemade cakes etc. Soma is also a good spot to work on computer as it provides a reliable wifi connection. Open everyday from 7.30am to 8pm.

Opposite the Russian Embassy in Maharajgunj, this is a great cafe with a lovely sunny garden area. Great for breakfast, brunch and lunch and with a fantastic bakery attached for a taste of real homemade cakes. An absolute firm favourite of ours.
