This stretch of East-facing beach in Hana is popular with local surfers due to consistent waves. Backed up by stunning red volcanic cinder cliffs and unobstructed view of Alau island just offshore.

My favorite beach on the entire island. All the beaches on the East side are incredible but this one holds a special place in my heart.

Beautiful surfing beach in Hana. Be careful, there is sometimes a strong current. Ask locals before swimming.
