Casa Blanca is a local's favorite! Fairly priced, New Mexican food that hits the spot every time. It's one of the oldest family-run businesses in Leadville, and has been run by the Mascareñaz family since 1978! It's located just behind the motel.

Family style restaurant (closed Sunday's). Mixed reviews - some say food is out of a can. Contrary - I worked there as a teenager and sorted dry beans. The food is from scratch, the restaurant is converted from a home which is not typical. But neither is Leadville. The stuffed sopapilla deluxe with shredded chicken or beef, red chile and a side of sour cream rocks!

Get some sopapillas! Family-owned Mexican restaurant. If you like spicy hot, get your meal drenched in their red chili. NOTE: CASH ONLY. This place does not take credit cards!! Attracts a family crowd at dinner time. Laid back environment.

Our kids favorite. When they visit we have to have lunch at Casa! Stop in and say hi to Karen. She's Leadville's best server :)
